Get ready for a lively Legs, bums and tums is a full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up those flabby areas of your thighs, bum and stomach, great for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels. Our classes generally start with a gentle warm up to get your body moving & end very sweaty!
A fab, fun workout with your child. Enjoy exercise while you bond with your baby, toddler or pre-schooler. The Fitness Hub has music and movements you will both love & we can't wait to meet you all.
Cardio and Functional Training (Hydrox Training)
Cardio and Functional Training is a 45 minute class combining both cardio and functional workout stations, participants will move between exercises repeating multiple times in a form of a circuit.
Members will challenge themselves as much as they want to, testing strength, power, endurance and cardiovascular fitness.
This type of training can help burn lots of calories at the same time as improving strength, flexibility and mobility.
Very worth a go if your after that extra push !!!!!
Personal Training Session 1:1
What your Personal Training session includes !! We will begin your session with a weigh in and measure up to start your journey or to check on progress, you will then get an hour one to one session in our gym working on any targets or goals you may have set. At the end of your time you will be given a tailored exercise play to take away and follow in your own time.

WEIGH AND MEASURE SESSION
Why not Join us for a Weigh and Measure session? We will be having a weigh-in and measure-up session once a week, this is a drop-in slot but booking is advisable. Food and Exercise advice will be available, also one of our qualified instructors.
Weight Circuits
This 45 minute class is based on the format of a timed circuit, where participants move from station to station.
Each exercise is carefully picked to work a particular area of the body before moving onto the next.
A perfect session for all abilities and for anyone wanting to tone up and get fit.
Glute Pump
It’s time to get specific with glutes! Glute Gains focuses on controlled movements and time under tension to lift and shape your glutes. Build lower body lean muscle and add functional strength with this resistance band led workout. Activate and engage your lower body muscle groups and core.
MOM'S ON THE RUN
A BRAND NEW class perfect for beginner runners, or anyone just starting out.
NO CHILD NO PROBLEM !!!
You don't need a child for this class but it is very pushchair friendly.
This 45 minute class will get you moving incorporating walking, jogging and running into your outdoor session.
If you have mini you to bring along you just need your pushchair.
No better way to burst into SPRING than getting out in that fresh air and breathing.
BOOTCAMP.
RUN CLUB
Run Club is a 45 minute session for all abilities, from very beginners through to a regular runner.
A great class to take part in if your new to running and would like to learn the foundations of running.
Run club will take place outside of the Gym so come prepared with high vis clothing and lights.
